Stephanie is from Gaithersburg, MD and is a senior studying civil engineering with a focus in water resources at the University of Maryland. Steph has been an active sister since her sophomore year in the spring of 2013 and is really looking forward to the upcoming year. In addition to A.O.E. Steph is a part of the women’s club lacrosse team, College Park Scholars Ambassadors, American Society of Civil Engineers, Students Helping Honduras, Alternative Breaks and has a part time job working in the environmental engineering lab. Steph enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, going to the beach, eating everything and sometimes studying for hydrology. She is very eager because she knows this year has a lot to offer to sisters of Alpha Omega Epsilon. In Peace, Love and Sisterhood <3
Vice President - Rachel Rubin
Rachel is from Owings Mills, MD and is a senior pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Maryland. Rachel has been an active sister of Alpha Omega Epsilon since Spring 2013. Outside of the sorority, Rachel is also a member of the Mechanical Engineering Fraternity, Pi Tau Sigma, the American Society of Mechanical Engineers and the Society of Woman Engineers. Outside of school, she loves baking, visiting the beach and hanging out with her sisters. Rachel is very excited to enjoy her senior year as a board member and help out her fellow sisters!
Secretary - Divya Jain
Divya is from Rockville, MD and is a junior studying bioengineering at the University of Maryland. Divya has been an active sister since her freshman year in the spring of 2012. At school, Divya is involved in the University of Maryland Help Center, Peer Crisis and Counseling Intervention hotline, the Biomedical Engineering Society, and is a section leader for an honors freshmen seminar. In her spare time, you might find her enjoying a cup of tea and a good book or a great game of Frisbee on La Plata Beach! She is super excited about being a part of the board and knows that this year will be great!
Treasurer - Julia Shekarchi
Julia is from Bethesda, MD and is a Junior Civil Engineering student at the University of Maryland, with a focus in water resource. She has been an active sister of A.O.E. since Spring of 2013. Julia is a member of TerpSki, ASPE, and has received her College Park Scholars citation in Spring of 2014. Outside of school, she loves playing intramural soccer and volleyball, eating PB&Js and crafting! Julia is excited to be a part of the executive board!
Membership Education - Nadjia Motley
Nadjia Motley is a Junior at the University of Maryland, College Park where she studies Bioengineering with a focus in nanoscience. She has been an active sister of A.O.E. since spring of 2013. Outside of the sorority, Nadjia is involved in on-campus research, the Biomedical Engineering Society, Habitat for Humanity, the Honors College/Honors ambassadors, Images the official University of Maryland Tour Guide Organization, and the National Society of Black Engineers. She has worked in the Engineering Co-Op and Career Services office. Nadjia loves hanging out with her friends and family, meeting new people, traveling, and going on adventures. She also has a mild obsession with hair and hair care products. Her favorite past time is sleeping, but she is always ready to do anything that is new and exciting! Nadjia is very excited to meet the candidate class spring 2015 and lead them all to love and sisterhood!

Historian - Kayla Russo
Kayla Russo is from Shelton, Connecticut and is a senior at the University of Maryland studying Mechanical Engineering. She has been a sister of Alpha Omega Epsilon since Spring 2013. Kayla is a member of the Honors College and A. James Clark School of Engineering's RISE Leadership Academy. She is also a member of Society of Women Engineers and American Society of Mechanical Engineers. Outside of school, Kayla loves photography, sailing, binge watching Netflix and reading novels. She is super excited to be Historian of A.O.E.
Sisterhood Committee Head - Amanda Shekarchi
Amanda is a junior at the University of Maryland studying mechanical engineering. She has been a sister of Alpha Omega Epsilon since her freshman year in Spring 2013. Amanda is also a member of the Honors College and the QUEST program at UMD. She enjoys playing sports as well as cheering on all of the UMD varsity sports teams. For the 2014-2015 school year, Amanda looks forward to continuing her participation with the Women's Club Soccer team and Terpski as well as begin her participation as a Clark School Ambassador. She is excited to work with the exec board to plan fun events for the chapter!
Professional Committee Chair - Hana Vienneau
Hana is a junior aerospace engineering student at the University of Maryland. She has been an active sister of Alpha Omega Epsilon since the Spring of 2013. Outside of the sorority, she is a member of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics, University Honors, and the Women in Engineering Student Advisory Board. Hana enjoys watching movies and spending time with friends and sisters. She is excited to be make an impact by being the Professional Chair this year!
